No. Boxing is a total body workout that burns calories and builds lean muscle mass. You’ll learn how to use your core strength and maximize every movement to get maximum results so you’re ready to show off that six-pack sooner than you thought.

You’ll literally feel the impact of our workout in every class. Using high-intensity interval training, you’ll burn more calories than a typical strength training session with one important difference: FITBOXING keeps your body guessing, making it nearly impossible to hit a weight loss plateau, and even less likely for you to get bored.

Each class is 47 minutes from start to finish. The class is divided into sections:

Warming and getting ready to sweat.

Strength/Functional Training Circuit

Boxing & Kickboxing

Abs & Cool Down Stretching

Arrive 10 minutes before class to be ready and we help you to break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

 

●     Get your hand wraps ready before the class starts.

  • Time to warm up. Get your body ready to train hard! Start moving guided by the coach while you see the demos of your HIIT, Strength or Cardio Workouts of the first half of the class.
  • Get your spot and Start the work out!! Fat burning and muscle building begins! We use body-weight, battle rope, dumbbells, resistance bands, and everything that you need to keep it fun and effective!
  • Take a break, drink your water, and PUT YOUR GLOVES ON!
  • BOXING, KICKING, AND PADDING BEGIN! We start with easy to follow combos and focus on punching rhythm and defensive moves. Boxing is about getting your whole body involved!
  • GLOVES OFF! Abs session and cool down!
  • Time to go for a healthy meal! What are you waiting for?

Our workouts are friendly beginners and adaptable for each level. You don’t have to do boxing perfectly, just have fun and sooner than you expect you’ll be a pro!

 

If you have never punched a bag before, come 10 min earlier to practice the 6 basic punches: Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook, Lead Upper, and Rear Upper.

Tired of boring workouts? Ready to get back into shape? Fitboxing is for everyone! From beginners to pros, we can help motivate you and show you modifications if needed. Take breaks if you need them!

We don’t have beginner classes, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come! Our instructors will help you get acclimated to the equipment and teach you the basics.

Yep! You can bring your own or buy them here. Go as pro-level as you want.

Don’t fear! We have an option for you. Ask for a pair of weighted gloves and get going with shadow boxing instead. You’ll be able to do a full fitboxing workout without hurting yourself!
